When we were leaving, we walked through the dining area and EVERY eye was on us... we must be some sight with four little children in tow! A very kind man in a wheelchair called us over and pulled out his wallet. Tommy tried to tell him that he didn't have to give money to the kids and he promptly told Tommy, "don't tell me what I don't have to do." He proceeded to hand out dollar bills to the kids -- Dade was hiding from him behind a column so the man gave an extra dollar to Luke to give the shy one. When we got in the van Dade said he didn't want the money and told Luke he could have it. Luke replied, "I would be honored to keep it." Where does he come up with these one-liners?!

Number 15.
Wyatt is the 15th great-grandchild on the Goforth side (if I counted correctly). He got to meet Mamaw and Papaw on Saturday.

Twenty 3.
When it's time to go to sleep, she wants a "blinkie" (blanket) and a baby
and watching Luke work on the computer.
she likes the hearts on it.
Audrey has started talking in two- and three-word sentences. She will repeat most words that you say to her. She can name some of her colors (green, pink, purple) and shapes (heart, star), tries to count to ten, sings the tune and some of the ABCs, and sings most of Twinkle, Twinkle on her own. Every morning she requests hot chocolate to drink. She likes to pick out her own clothes and can put her pants/shorts on by herself. Audrey loves to put on "stick" (chapstick), lotion, and Daddy's deodorant, asks for "paint" for her toes and "up" on the bathroom counter for me to fix her hair (everything that goes in her hair is a "bow"). One of the cutest things is when she says "welcome" when she really means thank you. She also sounds adorable saying more -- "marr." Audrey adores her baby; I cannot count how many times a day she says, "sweet Why-ette (Wyatt)," "a boy." She also likes to dress and undress him -- I have to be very cautious where I lay him down because she will (and has) started to move and disrobe him if I turn my head for any length of time. If Wyatt is crying she will sometimes say, "I know, I know" and will shush in his ear. She enjoys watching "show" with her brothers and says "Babar" when she sees the elephant on tv. The boys encourage her spinning in circles until she is dizzy and falls down which they all think is very comical. We are pretty much done with potty training; I occasionally put a pull up on her if I know we might not be able to get to a restroom quickly enough but she rarely has accidents anymore (and when she has in the recent past, she got a towel by herself to dry it up!). I know I'm biased but she is the cutest, sweetest little girl... I cannot believe she is about to be TWO!
Katy Rodeo.
All about Luke.
Luke had his DAY while Donna was here awaiting the arrival of Wyatt. Luke chose to go to Chuck E. Cheese's with both of us. We had a great time watching him play the games and making photo ID cards of himself. Luke is one of the funniest and most charming kids I know... he brings so much happiness to our family!
