Mamaw fell and had to have staples in the back of her head. When they completed her cat scan in the ER, they found an infection in her lung so they admitted her to the hospital for a few days of IV antibiotics. We stopped to see her on our way to Grapevine.

Dade's Presidents class at elo is having a mock election. They began with primaries for the Old Testament (Whale) and New Testament (Dove) parties. Dade decided to nominate Peter for President and Paul for V.P. and had to write his reasons for choosing these two. The week we missed elo due to illness, the primaries were held - Peter and Paul were named the nominees, just as Dade had chosen! For this past week, I helped him make a campaign sign and next Wednesday, they will vote.

Luke liked the idea of making a campaign sign and asked if he could make his own Romney/Ryan sign. He came up with a design, I helped him with the Rs and stars, we laminated it and hung it out by the road.
